What is an SEF CMS?
SEF means Search Engine Friendly; CMS means Content Management System.

How common are the SEF websites?
As far as I’m aware Canz Designs Ltd has the only SEF CMS available and to be quite honest, it was developed specifically for Canz Design’s SEO department head (that’s me) in order make my job optimizing our websites easier.  These features are exclusive to Websites built and developed by Canz.
